Dr. Samadi is a board certified urologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases, kidney cancer, bladder cancer and prostate cancer. He performs various advanced treatments for prostate cancer, which are minimally invasive.

Dr. Samadi is a Urologic Oncologist and Robotic Surgeon. He is one of the few urologic surgeons who has been trained in oncology and robotic radical prostatectomy in the United States. To date, Dr. Samadi has performed more than 10,000+ robotic laparoscopic prostatectomies, with patient-pleasing results.

Dr. Samadi is one of only two surgeons in New York City and one of only five surgeons in New York State qualified to perform robotic prostatectomy, and he uses the da Vinci robotic system.
He has completed post-graduate studies in general surgery at Montefiore Medical Center and in urology at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center. He then completed oncology fellowships in urology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer and a fellowship in radical robotic prostatectomy at Henri Mondor Hospital Creteil in France, under the tutelage of Professor Claud Abbou.
Dr. Samadi is a member of the American Urological Association and the American Medical Association.
